To make a session productive for everyone, we ask that participants come prepared. For technical courses such as ours, that means having a computer with the relevant spreadsheet software installed, a stable internet connection for virtual sessions, and any course materials we have shared ahead of time. If a participant lacks the necessary setup, it can slow the session for the whole group, so we will confirm the technical requirements with you before each course and help you address any obstacles in advance wherever possible.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us as far in advance as possible and we will seek an alternative date that suits both parties. If a session is cancelled by us for any reason, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the portion of the fee attributable to that session. If you cancel a confirmed engagement, eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of your notice and any cancellation terms in your written agreement. We will process approved refunds using the same method used for the original payment, and such refunds may take a reasonable period to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any sample data you share with us may be lawfully used for training purposes and does not contain confidential or personal information that should not be disclosed. The better we understand your environment, the more useful each session becomes. During a scoping call we may ask about the size of your team, the departments that produce reports, and the kinds of mistakes or slowdowns that frustrate your analysts. You are free to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with, but the more context you provide, the better we can tailor the exercises and examples. If you later change your training goals mid-program, we will do our best to incorporate the change, though substantial changes may affect scope and scheduling.
